Two choices await you:

For Lane’s and for Dean’s Cottages, peak rates apply June 7th- October 13th, with most summer weeks by weekly reservation.

We are pleased to offer off-peak rates.

Please be sure to note the deposit and cancellation policy below. Also, we are unable to offer breakfasts to cottage guests; the cottages have fully-equipped kitchens for meals.

Lane’s Cottage

Lane’s Cottage features a bright, cheery bedroom with queen bed, comfy separate lounge area with daybed-trundle and overstuffed chair, a sizeable dining space, fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV/DVD, fireplace and air-conditioning. Lane’s Cottage is perfect for a couple or a family of three or four.

The weekly rate for peak times is $1202, and weekly rentals have priority for booking during peak season. Stays may occasionally open for fewer than seven nights as the season progresses at $196 per night. Lane’s Cottage is not available, however, for single night stays.

The weekly rate for off-peak times is $902. Shorter stays may occasionally become available in the off-peak seasons as well at $166 per night, but with a minimum of nights required based on the season.

Dean’s Cottage

Choose the larger, knotty pine-paneled cottage. Dean’s Cottage features a wonderful private loft with queen bed and seating area, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and a spacious great room with dining area, snuggle-in chairs, queen sleeper sofa, and TV/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the fireplace and air conditioning make it appealing in all three seasons.

Dean’s Cottage is perfect for a couple wanting total privacy. Also wonderful and roomy for four or five family or friends sharing a vacation or getaway.

Weekly rentals have priority for Dean’s Cottage. A weekly rental is $1,502 per week during peak season, and $1,102 in off-peak season.

Dean’s Cottage may occasionally be available for less than seven nights as the season progresses, with a minimum required, at $226 per night during peak season and $186 per night during off-peak season. Dean’s Cottage is not available, however, for single night stays.

Reservations

A week is Saturday to Saturday, with check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout no later than 10:00 a.m.

Deposit & cancellations

A 50% deposit is required for peak time cottage reservations made prior to May 10, and the balance is charged to you on that date if we have not received a cancellation. All peak time cottage reservations made after May 10th require full payment at the time of reservation, and are non-refundable unless the days that have been reserved are rerented. For off-peak reservations, refunds will be given with 14 days notice.

Our cancellation policy is essential as we hold the space for you, and defer others who seek to make a reservation for that time.

All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
